I'm Lorenz, a photographer based in Munich. I graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich with a B.A. degree in photography. During a two year editorial “Volontariat” at Süddeutsche Zeitung I also worked for SZ-Magazin and DIE ZEIT. Currently I work as photo editor and photographer at Süddeutsche Zeitung.

In 2023 I was awarded the Bavarian Press Photo of the Year.

At the moment I am not available for assignments, as there is never a shortage of work in a newspaper.
